Imagine having your morning coffee and waking up to the beautiful beach view of Pattaya directly from your bed. Fancy, right? Now, you might think that staying in a property that offers such luxurious experiences would be too expensive. You’d be surprised to know that staying in the Pattaya Thailand Condo cost me less than $15 USD per night for one person, as this condo can accommodate up to five people. I stayed here with my four friends, making a total of five including me. Here is my complete experience of staying in this Pattaya Thailand Condo.
Beautiful Condo I Stayed in Pattaya, Thailand
I stayed in one of the sea-facing condos in The Base in Central Pattaya, located within walking distance from Pattaya Beach. This property has 2 bedrooms, with one of the bedrooms facing the seaside. Since this is a corner condo, you’ll get to see a panoramic view of Pattaya Beach either from your balcony or bedroom.
Where Did I Find This Condo or Book This Property?
I booked this Pattaya Thailand condo using the Airbnb platform. Condos can be found online as there are multiple platforms available. However, one of the best platforms I have ever used is Airbnb. It is easy to search for properties and book; it is pretty simple and straightforward, unlike other platforms.

Why Did I Choose This Pattaya Thailand Condo?
There are several factors and needs that I had to consider before booking the property, such as the number of people, budget, amenities, accessibility, etc.
Need:
The primary need for me was to accommodate 5 people. Since our stay was short-term, the goal was to provide everyone with a comfortable space to relax and unwind. This property had more than enough space to accommodate 5 people, with 2 queen-sized beds and an extra mattress in the living room.
I liked resting on the mattress in the living room because you could see Pattaya Beach through the balcony directly from your bed.
Budget:
An important part of making your vacation successful is keeping everything under budget. Budget was definitely the main constraint for us, as we planned our trip to Thailand within a certain budget.
One of the main reasons for choosing this property was that it was well within our budget. It cost us approximately 80-90 USD per night for 5 people, which is 16-17 USD per person per night.
Amenities:
This property comes with an infinity pool right at the top of the building. Since there are very few properties with infinity pools in Pattaya, this was one of the main attractions for us when choosing this property.
Apart from this, guests can also access the lounge, gym, etc.
Accessibility
We preferred the property to be within walking distance of most attractions, restaurants, etc. This property met our accessibility standards as well.
Since this condo is located in central Pattaya, it was very easy for us to access Pattaya Beach, restaurants, the pier, etc.
My experience with this Pattaya Thailand Condo
My experience with this property was nothing short of exciting. From check-in to check-out, this property met all our expectations. Here is the breakdown of my experience with this Pattaya, Thailand condo,
Check-in:
The check-in experience was seamless. Since we booked this property on Airbnb, the host asked us to submit our passport details for identity verification. Speaking of the host, he was very responsive and helpful.
Most properties in Thailand offer self check-in, and this property was no exception. As we entered the property, the host informed us about the key being kept in one of the lockers near the lounge area. Since the ID verification was done online, no further documents were required at the property.
However, make sure you have your passport or any ID proof, as well as your booking details, to show to the security guards at the entrance of the condominium.
First Impressions:
As we entered the condo, the first thing that caught our attention was the view from the balcony in the living room. Words cannot describe how beautiful it was. Since this is a seaside-facing condo, we were welcomed with a panoramic view of Pattaya Beach. Being located on the 26th floor of the skyscraper, we were able to see the entire Pattaya city skyline from the balcony.
Adding to this, there was one more surprise as we opened the master bedroom. The bedroom wall was fully built with a transparent glass wall, allowing you to watch the beach directly from your bed. Imagine waking up to the view of Pattaya Beach with your morning coffee, awesome, right?
Since the property is on the west side coast, you cannot watch the sunrise; rather, you can enjoy the golden hour during sunset.
Amenities:
As I mentioned earlier, we booked this property mainly because it had the infinity pool. This place has a rooftop pool with a lounge area. From the rooftop, you can get a 360-degree view of Pattaya City, which you can only enjoy from a few properties in Pattaya.
Apart from this, there was also a gym. Adding to the amenities, this condo is fully air-conditioned and has a washing machine as well.
The only con was that there wasn’t any drinking water supply inside the condo. You’ll have to visit a nearby store to buy water bottles.
Check-out:
The check-out experience was smooth, similar to the check-in process. All you have to do is inform the host that you are vacating the property. He’ll then instruct you on where to return the property key, i.e., the locker number on the ground floor.

This neighbourhood is close to many popular restaurants, cafes, bars, and places such as Bali Hai Pier, Jomtien Beach, Soi 6, Pattaya Beach and Walking Street.
Jomtien Beach Road:
If you want something off the radar but still wish to stay in one of the best neighborhoods in Pattaya, Jomtien is the perfect place for you to spend your time. Jomtien Beach Road is renowned for its high-rise condominiums and offbeat beaches. Jomtien is also close to important locations such as Bali Hai Pier, Pattaya Beach, and Walking Street.
Pattaya Sai Song Road:
The Airbnb property that I stayed at is located on Sai Song Road, one of the happening stretches in Pattaya. This road runs parallel to Pattaya Beach Road, right next to it. The stretch is also very accessible to popular attractions such as the Sanctuary of Truth, Pattaya Beach, Bali Hai Pier, Soi 6, Walking Street, and popular restaurants, especially Indian restaurants.

I rate this property 4/5, mainly because of the value it provides for the price we paid. Located in the prime spot of Pattaya City, this place has so much to offer, from the sea view to the infinity pool and accessibility.
I suggest staying in a high-rise building with a sea view, as this provides a unique experience. There are also many beachside villas that you can consider, which you can book at an affordable rate. Feel free to leave a comment if you find this helpful.
